As a TOP Networking licensee, you own your business and lead a territory rich with potential. Start with low costs, a license for three clubs, and an established social media and management system. You'll be supported by an allocated account manager and receive a starter pack filled with essentials. Plus, you'll be backed by national and regional advertising and daily support from our central office.

What to Expect as a TOP Leader
It is important to note we use the term IDEAL in many stages of the process (IDEAL CLUB, IDEAL EVENT, IDEAL MEMBER, IDEAL VENUE) – Ideal likely is never fully fulfilled. However it allows every member of the community to strive for a better position by knowing what better looks like.
Skills can and will be trained to the right candidates. But when we take on a new licensee we want to hit the ground running and get the licensee up and earning quickly.
What a Licensee in TOP Networking owns
- Your own business
- A territory containing approx. 12,000 Limited companies and likely 5 times sole traders and partnerships.
- Low-cost start for a licensee
- A license for 3 clubs to develop (not just 1)
- A Developed Social Media System you can operate
- An allocated account manager – targeted to grow YOUR business and support YOU.
- A starting licensee pack with:
- Banner
- Promotional Materials
- Business card box
- Operations Manual filled with practical guides and answers
- Management Systems
- National and Regional Advertising
- Daily support from central office
An IDEAL TOP Networking Licensee
- Energetic and positive

- Is able to invest in additional working time of a minimum of 12 hours a week into a club for good growth (clubs are usually 1 hour 45 minutes, but travel, marketing and calls will add time)
