Richard Frazer

Meet Richard Frazer, the esteemed Director of TOP Networking and a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in finance and networking.

With an illustrious career spanning two decades, Richard has lent his expertise to renowned organizations such as General Motors, HSBC, and Hitachi, and founded Frazer Finance Limited, an asset finance company that empowers businesses to acquire essential assets and equipment efficiently.

But Richard’s journey extends beyond finance. He is a maestro of networking, having dedicated over 20 years to fostering business communities across the West Midlands. His keen observation of networking groups’ cultures and processes led him to create a networking club that attracts the region’s leading business owners.

In 2018, Richard made his vision a reality when he established his first networking club in Droitwich at Churchfields, which quickly became the largest exclusive networking club in Worcestershire. This success was replicated in Worcester City at the WCCC and across the Midlands, leaving an indelible mark on the regional business landscape.

Richard views networking as a fine art—a skill that can be honed over time. His commitment to helping businesses thrive within their communities is unwavering, and he has guided countless businesses to harness the power of networking to their advantage. Richard warmly welcomes every new person to networking in the UK and wishes them every success in their endeavors.

Sandy Burt

Introducing Sandy Burt, a dedicated Director at TOP Networking with over two decades of experience in the business world. Throughout his illustrious career, Sandy has honed his expertise in the Internet service industry, specialising in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to make them accessible and affordable for small businesses.

Our TOP Clubs are all about connecting and collaborating. Most of them meet every TWO weeks,
ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to network and grow. Each club's schedule is clearly
outlined for your convenience.

Joining the TOP Networking family is an investment in your professional growth. In your exciting
first year, the membership fee is £460+vat, which includes a one-off joining fee.

For your second year and beyond, your renewal fee drops to just £365+vat.

Absolutely! We understand that flexibility is key. If you prefer to spread the annual fee, our friendly team can help you set up a payment plan. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

While it's not mandatory, having a substitute is highly recommended. It's a fantastic way to maintain your brand presence within the club and support your fellow members when you can't attend in person.

Absolutely! You can secure your spot in a club that's In Formation with a simple one-off registration fee of £95+vat. You won't be asked for any additional payments until the club officially launches, naturally reaching 12 members. This fee will be deducted from your first membership, solidifying your commitment as per our terms and conditions.

Your full 12-month membership only kicks off when the club officially launches with 12 members. Until then, you can look forward to securing your seat and preparing for an exciting journey ahead.

We deeply appreciate your charitable work! While we expect you to pay the standard membership fee, TOP Networking Limited will make a generous donation of £200 to your charity. You'll even receive a heartwarming photo opportunity with a symbolic large cheque at the next meeting. Join us

We understand life can get busy, but we can't emphasize enough how crucial it is to be present at as many club meetings as possible. It's your chance to shine, promote your business, seek specific referrals, and connect with visitors and fellow members.

If you can't make it, consider finding a Substitute or entrusting another member to represent your brand and interests.

We've made it super easy for you! As a member, you'll receive regular meeting reminders. Simply respond to the email to confirm your attendance or let us know why you won't be able to make it.

Whether it's a vacation, illness, or any other reason, informing us helps us finalise the numbers with the venue.

Not at all! We believe in quality over quantity when it comes to referrals. If you don't have any referrals to offer at a meeting, that's perfectly fine. Remember, it's about building meaningful connections. The more you give, the more you'll receive, but there's no pressure.

Here's a valuable tip: arrange regular one-to-one meetings with each member of your club. These meetings foster a deeper understanding of each other's businesses and the types of people you're seeking introductions to.
