There are many different ways to try and resolve any problems or difficulties that occur when you separate or divorce. This could include trying to discuss this between yourselves, through mediation, using solicitors or going to court. If you cannot resolve this yourselves then Mediation is quicker, less stressful, and less expensive than going to court and in most cases the courts will have wanted you to try mediation before going to court. When a marriage or relationship breaks down, problems and challenges can occur. This could be in relation to agreements about the child arrangements, finance, and property and this can leave you feeling isolated and alone.
