KEMP offers free specialist end-of-life care, counselling, and emotional support to adults facing a life-limiting illness, as well as their families and carers. Whether in our day hospice, at home, or virtually, we stand by their side during some of life’s most challenging moments.
By partnering with businesses, I create new fundraising opportunities that align with CSR goals while ensuring support for KEMP’s essential services.
