- site appraisals
- preparation and submission of all types of planning applications for residential, retail, employment development, change of use of land/buildings, certificates of lawfulness, listed building consent, etc
- promotion of land/buildings through the local planning process – call for sites, Regulation 18 consultation, Regulation 19 consutlation, attendance at Examinations
- advice on whether a proposal need planning permission
- enviromental impact assessment screening and/or scoping reports, management/co-ordination and drafting of environmental statements
- stand alone planning statements.
