• preparation and submission of all types of planning applications for residential, retail, employment development, change of use of land/buildings, certificates of lawfulness, listed building consent, etc
• promotion of land/buildings through the local planning process - call for sites, Regulation 18 consultation, Regulation 19 consutlation, attendance at Examinations
• advice on whether a proposal need planning permission
• enviromental impact assessment screening and/or scoping reports, management/co-ordination and drafting of environmental statements
• stand alone planning statements.

I work nationwide and for clients including private individuals, developers, house builders, social housing providers, retailers.
