I’m Richard Hiron, a qualified solicitor and founder of The Hironator. I specialise in employment law, combining legal expertise with hands-on HR experience to help businesses resolve workplace issues efficiently and lawfully.
After qualifying in 2016, I led an employment law department before stepping into a national HR role—gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges faced by fast-paced and regulated workplaces. Now, I bring that dual perspective to the table: legal clarity with practical, grounded solutions that work for employers, employees and advisers alike.
Outside work, I’m a film lover (yes, I do enjoy James Bond, but there’s more to the story), and I spend weekends walking in the countryside, on the beach, or exploring Britain’s historic spots.
