Philip Ashwell, Managing Director and co-founder of Ashwell Home Care Services. My career has always centred on people, relationships, and making a difference. I’m passionate about building community connections and leading with values. Outside work, I’m a season ticket holder for West Brom, a basketball fan, and I love reading and travelling — always looking for new experiences and stories to inspire me.
