I run the Taunton and Bath offices of Begbies Traynor. I started my insolvency and restructuring career 40 years ago. Even at the very early stages of starting work I recognised that we were helping people in difficult positions which I enjoyed (and still do).

On the home front I have a wonderful (and very tolerant) wife and a 13 year old daughter.  

My home and work mantra is that you reap what you sow in life although sometimes need reminding of the work/life balance! 

I have been assisting companies and individuals with financial challenges for 40 years. This can be done by restructuring or refinancing but communication is key. Often just opening dialogue and explaining circumstances can assist and give breathing space to consider options especially when under threat/duress or cashflow is difficult.

If I cannot provide a solution I have a vast array of contacts and can signpost people to the right people who I consider can assist. 

There is no charge for initial meetings/calls and fact finding to get to stage where I can present options and recommendations.
