I am a Chartered Legal Executive at SME’s Dispute Resolution team, based in Worcester.

I joined the team in September 2026, having previously worked at a number of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire based firms. With over 10 years’ experience in law, I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2021.

My primary specialism is in Debt Recovery and I regularly act for clients in the recovery of unsecured debts. I can advise on every aspect of Debt Recovery, from Pre-Action communication with debtors through to issuing Court Proceedings, obtaining Judgments and the various enforcement methods available to creditors in both the County and High Courts.

Alongside my Debt Recovery specialism, I also advise clients on a variety of personal and commercial disputes, ranging from Landlord/Tenant disputes, including recovery of rent arrears and Possession Proceedings, boundary disputes, breach of contract claims and Consumer Rights Act claims through to shareholder disputes and insolvency action.
