Hi I'm Martin Bence.  

I have over 30 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity and Network Infrastructure and have had a positive impact in multiple industries by successfully delivering solutions.  I have worked with a variety of clients, such as UEFA, Virgin Media, Vocalink (now Mastercard), British Airways, Rock Insurance, Dr Martens, Epsom College. My track record includes leading full technology transformation programs and overseeing critical national infrastructure services.

I started Castra Solutions to offer solutions that truly cater to business needs rather than simply meeting sales targets. Honesty and integrity are values I hold dear, reflecting in my leadership style which inspires my team to deliver exceptional service consistently.

We are a small team of very experienced engineers who cover all things IT related.  

Our speciality is communications which covers anything from Networks (internet access, WiFi, switches, routers, firewalls data cabling etc) to telephony.  We have our own Cloud based telephony platform and will offer discounts to any Top Networking members. 

We're mostly vendor agnostic but have a few vendors that we recommend time and time again because they deliver excellent value.
