Emma Banks

Club and Marketing Manager – Omni Padel UK
General Manager – Astwood Storage and Business Park

I’m Emma Banks, and I’m passionate about bringing people together, helping businesses grow and creating places where customers feel welcome.

As Club and Marketing Manager at Omni Padel UK in Astwood Bank, Redditch, I help introduce people to padel and build a thriving community around our indoor and outdoor facility. I welcome conversations with individuals and businesses interested in getting involved, making connections and discovering the sport.

Alongside this, I’m General Manager of Astwood Storage and Business Park, supporting domestic and business customers with their storage needs and helping develop the business park as a welcoming base for local businesses.

My background spans self-storage, sales, marketing and community engagement. At Squab Storage, I was part of the team recognised with the European Independent Self Storage Award in 2021 and helped launch Squab Workspaces. I have also served on the Young Storage Network board and spoken at industry events, sharing ideas and supporting others in the sector.

I bring a practical, customer-focused approach to both roles. Whether you’re exploring padel, looking for storage or seeking space for your business, I’d be delighted to connect and discuss how we can help.
