Ellen is an experienced litigation solicitor and team leader with a wealth of knowledge in most areas of contentious law, civil and commercial.
Ellen has worked in both Devon and Somerset having trained withMichelmores LLP where she grew a practice specialising in commercial disputes on behalf of the a government agency, and later managed the firm’s entire Asset and debt recovery team. She has a Masters in Law. Her successes have been largely leveraged through use of new technology and constant development of systems and procedures.
Ellen has experience of generating business for through effective business development, delivering excellent client service as well as specalising , in debt recovery, the Insolvency and Commercial litigation for business owners.
