David Miller

I'm a web designer and developer with over seven years of experience in the industry, having worked in agency environments before taking the leap into running my own business, Calico Creative.

I'm passionate about helping businesses grow, building genuine relationships and making professional web design accessible without the hefty agency price tag. I enjoy getting to know the people behind the businesses I work with and finding practical, creative solutions that make a real difference.

Outside of work, I enjoy football, travelling and meeting new people. I'm a big believer in building strong relationships, supporting local businesses and making the most of opportunities to learn, grow and connect with others.

Agency-quality design without agency pricing.

Calico Creative is a Dorset-based web design and development business specialising in creating modern, professional websites that don't just look great, but help businesses grow.

With over seven years of experience in the industry, I started Calico Creative to offer businesses the quality and expertise you'd expect from a design agency, but with a more personal approach and affordable pricing.

What I can help with:

• Website Design & Development: Bespoke, responsive websites designed around your business and its goals.

• E-commerce Websites: Online shops that make it easy for customers to browse and buy.

• Website Hosting & Maintenance: Reliable hosting, regular updates, backups and ongoing support.

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Helping your business improve its visibility on Google.

• Website Redesigns: Giving outdated websites a fresh, modern look with improved functionality.

• Ongoing Website Support: From small changes to new features, I'm here to help as your business develops.

Why work with Calico Creative?

When you work with Calico Creative, you're dealing directly with the person designing and building your website. No account managers, no unnecessary jargon and no inflated agency fees.

I take pride in building long-term relationships with my clients, understanding their businesses and delivering solutions that genuinely make a difference.

Whether you're a start-up looking for your first website or an established business ready for something better, I'd love to have a chat about how I can help.
