I moved to Poole when qualifying as a Solicitor in 1995 and have been working in the town centre ever since. I have particular expertise in family matters whether it be in relation to cohabitation, marriage or civil partnership. I can advise and assist regarding your position before should you be starting a life together or after should life take a different turn. I can guide you through the prevention or cure.

I am accredited by Resolution (The Solicitors Family Law Association) in complex financial remedies and also disputes regarding the ownership of land and property (claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996). I previously obtained accreditation in children law and advocacy in financial provision cases. 

I also specialise in the extension of family disputes in respect of challenges to wills or estates. I can advise regarding issues such as errors in wills, lack of capacity or whether there is a question of undue influence being applied. In addition I can assist with challenges to a provision from an estate whether it is considered to be insufficient or there is none at all. I will advise on the options and merits of a claim.
