Luke is Associate Director – Learning & Engagement at The Colour Works, specialising in leadership development, organisational culture, and workforce performance. With a strong background in senior Learning & Development, he has delivered large-scale organisational change programmes that enhance leadership capability, improve communication, and drive measurable business results.

A Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, Luke combines strategic insight with practical facilitation to help senior leadership teams build self-awareness, strengthen collaboration, and create high-performing, connected cultures. He is also an experienced keynote speaker, known for translating complex behavioural insights into clear, actionable outcomes.

At The Colour Works, Luke focuses on deepening client engagement, developing practitioner communities, and ensuring leadership programmes deliver lasting behavioural change and commercial impact.

Outside of business, Luke is an award-winning volleyball coach and podcast host, with a passion for performance psychology, mindset, and team dynamics.
